Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines chromhaltigen     Azofarbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen chrom  haltigen     Azofarbstoff    herstellen kann, wenn  man den     Azofarbstoff    aus     diazotierter        1-Ami-          no-2-oxynaphtlialin-4-sulfonsäure    und     2-Oxy-          naphthalin    mit solchen Mengen     Alkalichromit-          lösungen    behandelt, die auf die     chromierbare     Gruppe des     Azofarbstoffes    weniger als ein  Atom Chrom enthalten.  



  Der erhaltene chromhaltige     Azofarbstoff     stellt ein leicht wasserlösliches,     violettschwar-          zes    Pulver dar, das aus saurem Bade Wolle  in marineblauen Tönen von vorzüglichen     Echt-          heiten    färbt.  



       Beispieg   <I>;</I>       In        400        Teilen        30        %        iger        Natronlauge        löst     man bei<B>60-700</B> unter gutem Rühren 203  Teile kalt gefällte, frische     Chromhydroxyd-          paste        zu        15%        Cr2O3,

          fügt        gleich        nachher     204 Teile des     Azofarbstoffes    aus     diazotierter          1-Amino-2=oxynaphthalin-4-sulfonsäure    und       2-Oxynaphthalin        als        etwa        40        %        ige        Paste        zu     und erwärmt 7-8 Stunden auf<B>75-78.</B> Die         schwärzlichblaue    Schmelze wird mit Wasser  auf etwa 1500 Teile verdünnt,

   vorsichtig mit       10        %        iger        Mineralsäure        neutralisiert,        mit        etwas     Essigsäure schwach angesäuert, von Verun  reinigungen     abfiltriert    und der neue     chrom-          haltige    Farbstoff mit Kochsalz     ausgesalzen.     



  Zu demselben     Farbstoffe    gelangt man,  wenn die Herstellung des     chromierbaren        Azo-          farbstoffes    und die Behandlung mit den alka  lischen     Chromoxydlösungen    in einer Stufe  vollzogen wird; dies kann dadurch geschehen,  dass die Kupplung der     Diazoverbindung    mit  der Kupplungskomponente in Gegenwart der  alkalischen     Chromoxydlösungen    vorgenommen  und daran anschliessend die     Chromierung    des  erhaltenen     chromierbaren        Azofarbstoffes    ohne  dessen     Abscheidung    durch Erwärmen zu  Ende geführt wird.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines chrom- haltigen Azofarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeich net, dass man den Azofarbstoff aus diazotier- ter 1-Amino-2-oxynaphthalin-4-sulfonsäure und 2-Oxynaphthalin mit solchen Mengen Alkalichromitlösungen behandelt, die auf die chromierbare Gruppe des Azofarbstoffes we niger als ein Atom Chrom enthalten.
