  Verfahren zur Darstellung des     Crotonsäureesters    der     2-Glykolylaminobenzol-l-          arsinsäure.       Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung  ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung des     Croton-          säureesters    der     2-Glykolylaminobenzol-l-arsiri-          säure,    welches dadurch gekennzeichnet ist,  dass man     2-Aminobenzol-l-at-sinsäure    mit       Crotonylglykolsäurechlorid    umsetzt.  



  Das neue Verfahrensprodukt bildet aus  Wasser     umkristallisierbare    Prismen, F.168   C,       und    zeichnet sich bei geringer     Toxizität    durch  sehr gute Wirkung speziell bei     Trypariosomen-          krankheiteri    aus.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  21,7     gr        2-Aminobenzol-l-arsinsäui#e    werden  in 200     cm3        n-Natronlauge    gelöst, die Lösung  auf 0   C abgekühlt und 18     gr        Crotonylglykol-          säurechlorid        zutropfen    gelassen. Während der  Umsetzung hält man mit etwa 60     cm3        2-n-          Natronlauge    alkalisch. Auf Zugabe von Salz  säure scheidet sich die 2-(Crotonylglykolyl)-         aminobenzol-l-arsinsäure    ab, die aus Wasser  umkristallisiert in feinen Nadeln erhalten  wird.

   Ausbeute 23     gr    Prismen, aus Wasser       umkristallisierbar;    F. 168   C.

During the reaction, about 60 cm3 of 2N sodium hydroxide solution is kept alkaline. Upon addition of hydrochloric acid, the 2- (crotonylglycolyl) - aminobenzene-l-arsinic acid separates out, which is obtained in fine needles recrystallized from water.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung des Croton- säureesters der 2-Glykolylaminobenzol-l-arsin- säure, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 2- Aminobenzol-l-arsinsäuro mit Crotonylglykol- säurechlorid umsetzt. Das neue Verfahrensprodukt bildet aus Wasser umkristallisierbare Prismen; F.168 C. Es zeichnet sich bei geringer Toxizität durch sehr gute Wirkung speziell bei Trypanosomen- krankheiten aus.
