Description

  

      Verfahren    zur Darstellung des     Essigsäureesters    der     2-Glykolylaminobenzol-l-arsinsäure.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man die thera  peutisch wichtigen Ester von     Oxyacylamino-          benzolarsinsäuren    erhält, wenn man Amino-         benzolarsinsäuren    mit     Acyloxyfettsäurechlo-          riden    behandelt.

   Die Umsetzung erfolgt nach  folgendem Schema

    Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung  ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung des     Essig-          säureesters    der     2-Glykolylaminobenzol-l-arsiri-          säure,    welches dadurch gekennzeichnet ist,  dass man     2-Aminobenzol    -1-     arsinsäure    mit       Acetylglykolsäurechlorid    umsetzt.  



  Das neue Verfahrensprodukt ist schwer  löslich in Wasser, leicht löslich in     Methyl-          und        Äthylalkohol    und zeichnet sich bei ge  ringer     Toxizität    durch sehr gute Wirkung  speziell bei     Trypanosomenkrankheiten    aus.    <I>Beispiel</I>  21,7     gr        2-Aminobenzol-l-ar-sinsäure    wer  den in 200     cm'        n-Natronlauge    gelöst, die  Lösung auf 0   C abgekühlt und 15     gr          Acetylglykolsäurechlorid        zutropfen    gelassen.

    Während der Umsetzung hält man mit etwa  60 cm' 2     n-Natronlauge    alkalisch. Auf Zu  gabe von Salzsäure scheidet sich die     2-(Ace-          tylglykolyl)-aminobenzol-l-arsinsäure    ab, die  aus Wasser umkristallisiert in feinen Nadeln  erhalten wird. Ausbeute 22     gr.    Schwer lös-      lieh in Wasser, leicht in Äthylalkohol, leicht  löslich in Methylalkohol.

  The new process product is sparingly soluble in water, easily soluble in methyl and ethyl alcohol and, with low toxicity, is characterized by its very good effect, especially on trypanosomal diseases. <I> Example </I> 21.7 grams of 2-aminobenzene-1-arsinic acid are dissolved in 200 cm of sodium hydroxide solution, the solution is cooled to 0 C and 15 grams of acetylglycolic acid chloride are added dropwise.

    During the reaction, about 60 cm 2 N sodium hydroxide solution is kept alkaline. When hydrochloric acid is added, 2- (acetylglycolyl) aminobenzene-1-arsic acid separates out and is obtained in fine needles recrystallized from water. Yield 22 gr. Slightly soluble in water, slightly soluble in ethyl alcohol, slightly soluble in methyl alcohol.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung des Essigsäure- esters der 2-Glykolylaminobenzol-l-arsinsäure, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 2-Amino- benzol-l-arsinsäure mit Acetylglykolsäure- chlorid umsetzt. Das neue Verfahrensprodukt ist schwer löslich in Wasser, leicht löslich in Methyl- und Äthylalkohol und zeichnet sich bei ge ringer Toxizität durch sehr gute Wirkung speziell bei Trypanosomankrankheiten aus.
