Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines metallhaltigen Farbstoffes.    Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen  metallhaltigen Farbstoff erhält, wenn man den  Farbstoff aus     diazotiertem        4-Nitro-2-amirro-l-          phenol    und     Resorcin    mit der Suspension einer  Verbindung des dreiwertigen Eisens behandelt.  



  Der gebildete Farbstoff stellt ein braunes  Pulver dar, das in Wasser schwer, in Natron  lauge leicht mit tiefbrauner und in konzen  trierter Schwefelsäure mit braungelber Farbe  löslich ist. Aus der braun gefärbten Lösung  in     Zaponlack    erhält man auf Metallfolien leb  haft braune, sehr lichtechte Überzüge.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  2,74 Teile des Farbstoffes aus     diazotiertem          4-Nitr-o-2-amino-l-phenol    und     Resorcin    werden  in 260 Teilen Wasser heiss gelöst und unter  Zusatz von 6 Teilen     calciniertem    Natrium  sulfat mit einer 0,6 Teilen Eisen entsprechen  den Menge einer frisch gefällten und neutral  gewaschenen     Ferr-ihydroxydsuspension    einige  Zeit zum Sieden erhitzt. Nach dem Erkalten    der     Reaktionslösung    scheidet man. den gebil  deten     Eisenkornplex    durch Neutralisieren mit  Essigsäure völlig ab, filtriert, wäscht aus und  trocknet bei mässiger Temperatur.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eures metall haltigen Farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man den Farbstoff aus diazotiertem 4 Nitro-2-amino-l-phenol und Resorcin mit der Suspension einer Verbindung des dreiwertigen Eisens behandelt. Der gebildete Farbstoff stellt ei braunes Pulver dar, das in Wasserschwer, in Natron lauge leicht mit tiefbrauner und in konzen trierter Schwefelsäure mit braungelber Farbe löslich ist. Aus der braun gefärbten Lösung in Zaporrlack erhält man auf Metallfolien leb haft braune, sehr lichtechte Überzüge.
