Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines metallhaltigen Farbstoffes.    Es wurde gefunden; dass man einen neuen  metallhaltigen     Farbstoff    erhält, wenn man  den     Farbstoff    aus     diazotiertem        4-Nitro-2-          amino-l-phenol    und     Resorcin    in einem Medium,  dessen     pH    nicht grösser als 10 ist, mit Salzen       de's    dreiwertigen Eisens behandelt.  



  Der erhaltene Farbstoff stellt ein dunkel  braunes Pulver dar, das sich in Natronlauge  mit tiefbrauner und in     konzentrierter    Schwefel  säure mit oranger Farbe löst. Aus der braunen  Lösung des Farbstoffes in     Zaporilack    erhält  man auf Metallfolien lebhaft braune, sehr  lichtechte Anstriche.    <I>Beispiel:</I>    2,74 Teile des,     Farbstoffes    aus     diazotiertem          4-Nitro-2-amino-l-phenol    und     Resorcin    werden  in 200 Teilen Wasser heiss gelöst und mit einer  0,62 Teilen Eisen entsprechenden     .Menge     Eisenchlorid einige Zeit zum Kochen erhitzt.

    Nach dem Erkalten der     Reaktionslösung    wird  der Farbstoff mit wenig Kochsalz völlig ab  <B>1</B>    geschieden,     abfiltriert,    gut     ausgewaschen    und  getrocknet.  



  Die Behandlung mit Eisenchlorid führt  zum gleichen Resultat, wenn man dem Re  aktionsgemisch Zusätze wie z. B.     Natrium-          formiat,        Natriumacetat,    Kochsalz oder Na  triumsulfit beigibt.

  The dye obtained is a dark brown powder which dissolves in sodium hydroxide solution with deep brown and in concentrated sulfuric acid with an orange color. From the brown solution of the dye in Zaporilack, vivid brown, very lightfast paints are obtained on metal foils. <I> Example: </I> 2.74 parts of the dye from diazotized 4-nitro-2-amino-l-phenol and resorcinol are dissolved in 200 parts of hot water and an amount of iron chloride corresponding to 0.62 part of iron heated to boil for some time.

    After the reaction solution has cooled, the dye is completely separated from <B> 1 </B> with a little sodium chloride, filtered off, washed well and dried.



  Treatment with ferric chloride leads to the same result if you add additives to the reaction mixture such as. B. sodium formate, sodium acetate, table salt or sodium sulfite added.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines metall haltigen Farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man den Farbstoff aus diazotiertem 4 Nitro-2-amino-l-phenol und Resorcin in einem Medium, dessen pH nicht grösser als 10 ist, mit Salzen des dreiwertigen Eisens behandelt. Der erhaltene Farbstoff stellt ein dunl,-el- braunes Pulver dar, das sich in Natronlauge mit tiefbrauner und in konzentrierter Schwe felsäure mit oranger Farbe löst.
