Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung einer Verbindung mit hydriertem Ringsystem. Gegenstand dieses Zusatzpatentes ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Trimethyl- tetralrydroberrzaldehyds, welches dadurch ge kennzeichnet ist, dass man 1.1.4-'frimethyl- butadien mit Akrolein kondensiert. Die neue Verbindung soll zur Herstellung von Farb stoffen, pharmazeutischen Produkten und Riechstoffen verwendet werden.
Beispiel: 96 Gewichtsteile 1.1 . 4-Trimethylbutadien und 56 Gewichtsteile Akrolein werden in einem Druckgefäss eine Stunde auf<B>100"</B> C erhitzt. Das RNaktionsgemisch wird darauf sofort der Destillation unterworfen.
Nach einem Vorlauf von unverändertem Kohlen- wasserstoff und Akrolein, den man bei ge- wöhnlichem Druck abdestilliert, erhält man eine bei 13 mm Druck zwischen 60 o C und <B>1000</B> C siedende Fraktion. Nach zweimaligem Destillieren erhält man eine einheitliche Fraktion vorn Siedepunkt Kp. 2o 100-101o C; sie stellt ein wasserhelles, bewegliches Öl dar.

After a first run of unchanged hydrocarbon and acrolein, which is distilled off at ordinary pressure, a fraction boiling between 60 ° C. and 1000 ° C. at 13 mm pressure is obtained. After distilling twice, a uniform fraction with a boiling point of bp 2o 100-101o C is obtained; it represents a water-white, mobile oil.
