Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung einer Verbindung mit hydriertem Ringsystem.    Gegenstand dieses Zusatzpatentes ist ein  Verfahren zur Darstellung einer Verbindung  von folgender Konstitution

    welches dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man  0     1.3-Cyclohexadien    mit     Crotonaldehyd    kon  densiert. Die neue Verbindung soll zur Her  stellung     von    Farbstoffen, pharmazeutischen  Produkten und     Riechstoffen    verwendet werden.       Beispiel:     80 Gewichtsteile     /\        1.3-Cyclohexadien     werden mit 210 Gewichtsteilen     Crotonaldehyd     im Druckgefäss 4 Stunden auf<B>1601</B> C erhitzt.

    Das Reaktionsprodukt wird bei gewöhnlichem    Druck bis 105          C     abdestilliert    und der Rück  stand dann einer Vakuumdestillation unter  worfen. Das neue Produkt ist in der Fraktion       Kp.ii-i-.    : 80-100o C enthalten.  



  Um den reinen Aldehyd zu isolieren, wird  die erhaltene Rohfraktion mit der 3fachen  Menge     Bisulfitlauge    durchgeschüttelt. Nach  einigem Stehen scheidet sich die feste     Bi-          sulfitverbindung    des Kondensationsproduktes  ab. Nach dem Abtrennen und Waschen mit       wenigBisulfitlauge    wird die Doppelverbindung  mit     Sodalösung    zersetzt.  



  Der Aldehyd scheidet sich als farbloses  Öl ab, durch erneute Vakuumdestillation er  hält man ihn bei Kp.     io-ii    : 83,2-85 o C als  farblose Flüssigkeit von angenehmem Geruch.
