Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung einer Verbindung mit hydriertem Ringsystem. Gegenstand dieses Zusatzpatentes ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung eines neuen hydro- aromatischen Aldehyds, welches dadurch ge kennzeichnet ist, dass man 1-DZethyl-hesatrien- (1.3.5) mit Crotonaldehyd kondensiert. Die neue Verbindung soll zur Herstellung von Farbstoffen, pharmazeutischen Produkten und Riechstoffen verwendet werden.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 94 Gewichtsteile 1- Methyl - hexatrieii (1.3.5) und 70 Gewichtsteile Orotonaldehyd werden in einem Druckgefäss vier Stunden auf 160 C erhitzt. Der unveränderte Kohlen- wasserstoff und Grotonaldehyd werden darauf bei gewöhnlichem Druck abdestilliert. Hierauf erhält man bei der Destillation im Vakuum eine Fraktion vom Siedepunkt Kp. l9 90 bis 145 C. Diese wird der Reinigung über die Bisulfitverbindung unterzogen.
Man erhält so eine einheitliehe Fraktion vom Siedepunkt Kp. ,.1 94-95 C. Sie stellt ein wasserhelles, bewegliches 01 dar.
Process for the preparation of a compound with a hydrogenated ring system. The subject of this additional patent is a process for the preparation of a new hydroaromatic aldehyde, which is characterized in that 1-DZethyl-hesatriene- (1.3.5) is condensed with crotonaldehyde. The new compound is intended to be used in the manufacture of dyes, pharmaceutical products and fragrances.
<I> Example: </I> 94 parts by weight of 1-methyl hexatrieii (1.3.5) and 70 parts by weight of orotonaldehyde are heated to 160 C for four hours in a pressure vessel. The unchanged hydrocarbon and grotonaldehyde are then distilled off at normal pressure. A fraction with a boiling point of bp 19 90 to 145 C. is then obtained in the distillation in vacuo. This fraction is subjected to purification using the bisulfite compound.
This gives a uniform fraction with a boiling point of bp. 94-95 C. It represents a water-white, mobile 01.
