Man kann hierbei zwei Fraktionen vom Siedepunkt Kp. i2 60-62" und Kp. ix 87-88,50 erhalten, die vermutlich Cis- und Transisomere sind. Die beiden Fraktionen stellen wasserhelle Öle dar, welche bei Ab kühlung zu glasigen, kristallinen Massen er starren. Sie besitzen einen an Kampfer und Nitrile erinnernden Geruch.
