(fig. 2).
Control device by ribbons, of continuous loom spindles to rings to spinning and twisting. The present invention relates to a device for control by ribbons, of spindles of continuous looms to rings to spinning and to </ B> twisting, in which it is necessary to provide means by which the pins can be actuated in one direction and the other.
This control device comprises two supports mounted on a rail parallel to the spindle control drum, in one or the other of which must be placed, depending on whether the drum is to actuate the spindles in one direction or the other, a pivoting pulley holder whose pulley is used to drive and to tension the tape, these supports being established to make the pulley holder take a position such that the pulley is correctly inclined to receive the strand of the tape passing from the drum on the pulley. The appended drawing represents, to by way of example, an embodiment of the object of the invention.
Fig. 1 is a side view of part of the device # - Fig. 2 is a detail view of FIG. 1; Figs. 3 and 4 are partial views, showing two different positions of the pulley holder in the supports ; Fig. 5 is a retail variant; Figs. 6 and 7 are perspective views showing the device in two different positions.
With reference to the drawing ,. a is a pulley mounted on a pulley holder b pgurvu in its lower part of a counterweight not shown. It also has a c arm with a weight at its end.
The device comprises a fixed rail d arranged parallel to the drum with ribbons r (fig. 6 and 7) and mounted on a console e assu jettie to a part h of the frame of the loom (fig. 1). On the rail d are fixed two brackets Ic in the form of a fork on which the pulley holder swivels b. This pulley holder b is provided with a pivoting cbeville i crossing it right through and the ends of which constitute two journals which engage in bearings constituted by recesses 1 formed on the forks of the supports k
(fig. 2). These bearings are faith-denied in such a way that that of one of the branches of the fork is located higher and, laterally, further from to d, than that of the other branch. The pulley holder thus receives the desired - inclination and in each pair of k supports the bearings are arranged inversely, so that by moving the pulley holder by one to the other, its inclination is reversed.
The supports k each have in their upper part an extension m by which the possible movement of the pulley holder b towards the drum with ribbons r small be limited.
Figs. 6 and 7 show the positions taken by the pulley holder b and the pulley a follows that the pulley holder b is placed in either of the brackets k of the pair of brackets fixed on the rail d.
In one of the figures, the tape ii, driven by the drum r, passes over the pulley a and over the nuts of the pins o, so to rotate these in the desired gear to the filawe and in the other figure, the ribbon is applied to rotate the pins o in the direction required for twisting. In either case the pulley a has the correct inclination to receive the end of the tape arriving at it from the drum and it is sufficient to switch from a running order to < / B> the other to pass the ribbon differently on the pins, after passing the pulley holder b from one support to the other.
On the * fig. 5 the pulley holder b has supports or yokes p capable of resting on the inclined lateral ankles g < / B> protruding from the branches of the k. support. It is obvious that the yokes p can be extended downwards over a length greater than that indicated in the drawing.
The arm c can be integral with the rest of the pulley holder b or it can y be fixed by any fixing means, by example by bolts.
Figs. 6 and 7 represent the object of the invention applied to a double loom, but it is understood that it can be applied in a similar manner to < / B> ni) simple craft.
