Abstract
Cette invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif qui permet d'éliminer efficacement la silice soluble de l'eau associée qui contient des ions calcium et de la silice soluble et qui a été produite par un puits et qui, dans une étape de traitement par membrane d'osmose inverse qui doit ensuite être mise en uvre, empêche l'encrassement de la membrane d'osmose inverse, ledit procédé comprenant : une étape d'ajout de sel de magnésium qui consiste à ajouter un sel de magnésium et à l'incorporer par mélange à l'eau associée dans des conditions alcalines pour obtenir une silice insoluble et du sulfate de calcium ; une étape de microfiltration qui consiste à traiter le premier mélange réactionnel liquide obtenu dans l'étape d'ajout de sel de magnésium par microfiltration pour séparer la silice insolubilisée et le sulfate de calcium qu'il contient ; une étape d'addition d'acide qui consiste à ajouter un acide et à l'incorporer par mélange à l'eau de filtrat obtenue dans l'étape de microfiltration pour réguler ainsi le pH de l'eau de filtrat à une valeur dans la plage de 5 à 9 et l'indice Langelier à une valeur dans la plage négative ; et une étape de traitement par membrane d'osmose inverse qui consiste à traiter le second mélange réactionnel liquide obtenu dans l'étape d'ajout d'acide avec une membrane d'osmose inverse pour obtenir de l'eau douce et de l'eau concentrée par membrane.
