Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'une feuille d'aluminium (1), ainsi qu'une feuille d'aluminium à signes de sécurité intégrés (6). Selon l'invention, une feuille d'aluminium (4) est laminée lors de plusieurs passes de laminage à froid à une épaisseur de moins de 150 µm, une texturation (5a, 5b) s'étendant dans la direction de laminage étant créée simultanément sur les deux faces (4a, 4b) de la feuille d'aluminium. On forme avec au moins deux de ces feuilles d'aluminium (4) un ensemble lâche (8) qui est amené lors d'une dernière passe de laminage à froid à une paire de cylindres de travail (9) sur laquelle, pour former un motif pour un signe de sécurité (6), on a réduit dans une zone (6') la structuration de surface (11a) en relief réalisée par meulage dans la direction de laminage de 10 à 50% par rapport à la profondeur de rugosité moyenne, sur au moins une surface de cylindre (11) en fonction du contraste et du motif. Le signe de sécurité est transféré sur la face (2a) de la feuille d'aluminium orientée vers la surface du cylindre, l'ensemble lâche (8) composé des feuilles d'aluminium (1, 4') étant ensuite défait.
