Abstract

Procédé d'habillage de produits avec des manchons étirables, caractéris é en ce qu' A. on réalise une bobine de gaine étirable: - on forme une gaine tubulaire en une matière plastique étirable à la dimension nécessaire à l'habillage du produit, - on met la gaine à plat en formant un soufflet dans chaque côté du contour pour réduire la largeur dè la gaine à plat, - on enroule la gaine sur une bobine, et B. on met en place les manchons étirables sur les produits - on dévide la gaine avec ses soufflets, - on aligne la gaine sur la ligne de travail, - on entraîne la gaine à plat dans le dispositif de coupe pour couper un manchon, et - on récupère le manchon coupé pour le placer sur le produit.
