Abstract
L'invention concerne des terminateurs d'acide nucléique à charge modifiée présentant la structure (I), dans laquelle Z est mono-, di- ou triphosphate ou thiophosphate, ou boranophosphate correspondant, X est O, CH¿2?, S ou NH, S est un sucre ou un analogue de sucre, B est une base naturelle ou synthétique, L est alkyle, alcényle ou alkynyle éventuellement substitué par un groupe fonctionnel rapporteur, et L, B, S, X ou Z sont substitués par un groupe fonctionnel qui confère une charge négative nette ou une charge positive nette à la structure (I) dans des conditions physiologiques ou lors d'un séquençage d'acides nucléiques. L'invention concerne également une méthode de séquençage d'acides nucléiques faisant intervenir les terminateurs à charge modifiée susmentionnés, ainsi qu'une méthode d'inhibition d'un virus consistant à faire venir une cellule infectée par un virus au contact d'une dose inhibitrice de virus du terminateur à charge modifiée susmentionné.
