This structure is not mandatory.
3o the tail 6 of the bolt 7 has a light 21 in the direction longitudinal 11 of the slot 5, and the screw 16 is adapted to bear on the edges 22, 23 of the light 21.
The longitudinal edges 22, 23 of the lumen 21 have teeth 25 in projecting towards opposite edges 23, 22.
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 3, the axis 13 of the tapped hole 12 is offset from the mid-axis 24 of the lumen 21 and the tail 6 of the bolt 7, of a distance A.
It can thus be supported on the teeth 25 of an edge 22 of the light 21 at way of a tool (not shown) introduced into the threaded hole 12, in place of the screw 16, for move the tail 6 of the blade 7 in the longitudinal direction 11.
This tool can be, for example, a Phillips screwdriver whose end presents teeth that can engage teeth 25 to move the bolt.
The above device also has many advantages.
Experience has shown, however, that it is possible to bring improvements to the bolt fitting adjustable above.
The purpose of the present invention is to describe and protect these improvements.
The present invention relates to a fitting with bolt adjustable for opening sliding door, window or the like, comprising a bolt-holder having at least one slot adapted to receive a tail of a bolt carrying at least a hook, the bolt holder being adapted to slide in one direction cross-section of the slot to bring the hook of the bolt into engagement with a striker of the frame and to release the hook of the striker, the bolt being adapted at slide in a longitudinal direction of the slot to allow a setting bolt with respect to said striker, the bolt carrier having at least one tapped hole with an axis perpendicular to walls of the slot and adapted to receive a locking screw to block the tail of the bolt against the wall opposite to the locking screw of the slot, characterized in it includes a complementary member to the cooperating locking screw with the tail of the bolt to prevent a sliding of this bolt in the slot of the bolt holder, this complementary member being accessible outside a housing of the fitting on the same side as the locking screw.
DF preferably the tail of the blade has at least one light the longitudinal direction of the slot, the screw being adapted to bear on at least one edges of the light.
According to a first preferred embodiment, the complementary member is constituted by a nipple carried by the end of the screw adapted to bear sure at least one of the edges of the light, said stud being adapted to engage with one of said edges.
Preferably, at least one of said light edges has teeth making protruding towards the other edge.
Preferably, in this version, the nipple is adapted to engage with the teeth when tightening said screw.
According to a second preferred embodiment, the complementary member is a second screw screwed into a threaded hole made in the bolt holder parallel to the tapped hole in which said locking screw is engaged, the end of this second screw bearing on one of the edges longitudinal the tail of the bolt, said longitudinal edge protruding into the hole threaded in which is screwed said second screw.
Other features and advantages of the invention will become apparent in the description below.
In the accompanying drawings, given as non-limiting examples FIG. 4 is a side view of the locking screw used in FIG.
first version of the invention;
- Figure 5 is a top view of the screw according to Figure 4;
FIG. 6 is a partial plan view of the tail of the pin and the screw blocking in the clamping position on this peg;
FIG. 7 is a view in elevation and a partial section of the bolt carrier, showing the s locking screw in support on the bolt, according to the first version of the invention;

In the two versions illustrated mainly by Figures 7 and 8, the bolt-carrier comprises a member complementary to the locking screw 16 cooperating with the tail of the bolt to prevent the sliding of this bolt in the slot 5 of the bolt carrier
s - elles permettent d'obtenir un blocage sûr et fiable du pëne par rapport au porte pêne, en évitant tout risque de coulissement relatif, susceptible de dérégler le pêne ;
~o 4 This complementary body is in both cases accessible outside the casing 17 Is the fitting on the same side as the locking screw 16.
In the first version illustrated by Figures 4 to 7, the organ complementary is.
constituted by a pin carried by the end of the screw 16 adapted to take support on to least one of the edges of the light 21.
This stud 30 is adapted to engage with one of said edges, as shown by the Figures 6 and 7.
In the example shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the stud 30 is in fact adapted to come 2s in engagement with the teeth 25 of the light 21, during the tightening of the screw 16.
To improve the hold between the screw 16 and the edges and the light 21, the outer surface the tail 6 of the bolt is striated.
3o As also shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the stud 30 extends according to the axis 31 of the screw 6 and the axis of the tapped hole 32 in which the screw 16 is screwed is offset by s relative to the median axis 33 of the light 21 by a distance A sufficient to to permit at the nipple to engage and come into engagement between two teeth 25 of the light 21, at the tightening the screw 16.
s Therefore, after tightening the screw 16 on the tail 6 of the bolt, the latter does not can more slide in the bolt holder 4.
Preferably, the stud 30 has a frustoconical shape narrowed at its end free. This ~ o facilitates the engagement between the teeth 25 of the light 21.
In another embodiment, not shown in the drawings, the stud 30 of the screw 16 is eccentric to the axis of the screw by a distance equal to A. In that case, the tapping axis of the screw 16 is not offset with respect to the median axis of the light ls 21.
Due to the eccentricity of the stud 30, it can come as previously in taken with the teeth of the light 21 and thus block the bolt.
2o In the second version illustrated by Figures 8 and 9, the organ complementary is a second screw 34 screwed into a threaded hole 35 made in the bolt holder parallel to the tapped hole 32 in which is engaged said locking screw 16.
The end 34a of this second screw 34 bears on one of the edges longitudinal 6a 2s of the tail of the bolt 6, this longitudinal edge 6a projecting into the hole tapped 35 in which is screwed said second screw 34.
FIG. 8 shows in particular that the second screw 34 presents a end the lateral surface bears on the longitudinal edge 6a of way to come 3o engaged with it because of the tightening of the second screw 34.
The main advantages of the two versions of the invention that we have just describe are The following advantageously, as indicated above, the invention of improvement blocking makes it possible to solve both the prior art and the realization of a new bolt holder intended to replace that of the prior art.
s - they allow to obtain a safe and reliable locking of the blade with respect to the door bolt, avoiding any risk of relative sliding, likely to disrupt the bolt;
the locking screw or screws are easily accessible from outside the casing the hardware.
