Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareil permettant la conversion catalytique d'hydrocarbures en oléfines légères au moyen d'un système de réacteur à lit fluidisé circulant et à court temps de contact. Le procédé présenté comprend les étapes suivantes: introduction d'une charge d'hydrocarbures dans une zone de réaction (1) contenant un catalyseur solide; mise en contact de la charge d'hydrocarbure se trouvant dans la zone de réaction (1) avec le catalyseur, dans des conditions qui favorisent la conversion catalytique d'hydrocarbures en oléfines légères; séparation des produits de réaction obtenus dans la zone de réaction (1) après conversion catalytique; récupération du catalyseur; et régénération du catalyseur désactivé dans un régénérateur (3). Selon l'invention, la charge d'hydrocarbure est mise en contact avec le catalyseur dans un réacteur à lit fluidisé circulant (1), avec un temps de séjour compris entre 0,1 et 3 secondes. On met en oeuvre ledit procédé pour produire du propylène, des butylènes et des pentènes, ainsi qu'une fraction d'essence à indice d'octane élevé et à faible teneur en benzène, par conversion catalytique de gazole léger, de gazole lourd, de gazole sous vide ou de naphta, au moyen de catalyseurs améliorés ou classiques de craquage catalytique à lit fluidisé. On peut également faire appel à ce procédé pour obtenir des produits riches en propylène, isobutylène ou isoamylène par déshydrogénation catalytique, à partir, respectivement, de propane, d'isobutane ou de naphta, au moyen de catalyseurs classiques ou améliorés destinés à l'utilisation en lit fluidisé.
