Abstract

polipeptídeo de degradação de carboidratos e usos do mesmo a invenção refere-se a um polipeptideo possuindo atividade de degradação de material contendo carboidratos que compreende a sequência de aminoácidos estabelecida na seq id no: 2 ou uma sequência de aminoácidos codificados pela sequência de nucleotideos de seq id n°: 1 ou seq id no: 4, ou uma variante de polipeptideo ou variante de polinucleotideo do mesmo onde a variante de polipeptídeo tem uma identidade sequência de pelo menos 96% com a sequência estabelecida no seq id no: 2 ou a variante de polinucleotideos codifica um polipeptídeo que tem uma identidade de sequência1 pelo menos 1 de 96% com a sequência estabelecidos no seq id n°: 2. a invenção apresenta a sequência de codificação de comprimento pleno do novo gene, bem como a sequência de aminoácidos da proteína funcional de comprimento pleno e equivalentes funcionais do gene ou a sequência de aminoácidos. a invenção também se refere a métodos para o uso do polipeptideo em processos industriais. também estão incluidas na invenção células transformadas com um polinucleotideo de acordo com a invenção adequadas para a produção destas proteínas.
