polipeptídeo tendo atividade beta-glicosidase e seus usos. a invenção refere-se a um polipeptídeo que compreende a sequência de aminoácidos estabelecida em seq id no: 2 ou uma sequência de aminoácidos codificada pela sequência de nucleotídeos da seq id no: 1, ou um polinucleotídeo variante de polipeptídeo ou uma sua variante, em que o polipeptídeo variante tem pelo menos 96% de identidade de sequência com a sequência estabelecida na seq id no: 2 ou o polinucleotídeo codifica para um polipeptídeo variante que tem pelo menos 96% de identidade de sequência com a sequência estabelecida na seq id no: 2. a invenção apresenta a sequência de codifficação de comprimento completo do gene novo , bem como a sequência de aminoácidos de comprimento total dos equivalentes funcionais de polipeptídeos e funcionais do gene ou da sequência de aminoácidos. a invenção também se refere a métodos para a utilização do polipetídeo em processos industriais. também estão incluídos na presente invenção são as células transformadas com um polinucleotídeo de acordo com a invenção, adequado para a produção destas proteínas.
