Abstract

Una molécula de ácido nucleico que comprende: (a) una secuencia de nucleótidos como se muestra en la SEC ID Nº 1; o (b) una secuencia de nucleótidos que es el complemento de la SEC ID Nº 1; o (c) una secuencia de nucleótidos que tiene una identidad de secuencia de al menos 85 % (preferentemente una identidad de secuencia de al menos 87 %, 90 %, 91 %, 92 %, 93 %, 94 %, 95%, 96 %, 97 %, 98 % o 99 %) con la SEC ID Nº 1; o (d) una parte de una cualquiera de (a) a (c), en la que dicha parte comprende: (i) una secuencia de nucleótidos como se muestra en una cualquiera de las SEC ID Nº 2, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28, 30, 32, 34, 36, 3 8, 40 o 44 o una secuencia de nucleótidos que es complementaria de las mismas o que tiene una identidad de secuencia de al menos 85 % con las mismas; o (ii) una secuencia de nucleótidos que codifica una o más secuencias de aminoácidos seleccionadas de SEC ID Nº 3, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, 17, 19, 21, 23, 25, 27, 29, 31, 33, 35, 37, 39, 41 o 45 o que tiene una identidad de secuencia de al menos 85 % (preferentemente al menos 90 %, 91 %, 92 %, 93 %, 94 %, 95 %, 96 %, 97 %, 98 % o 99 %) con las mismas, en la que dicha molécula de ácido nucleico codificaones complementaria a una molécula de ácido nucleico que codifica uno o más polipéptidos que tienen actividad funcional en la síntesis de BE-14106.
