Abstract
Ácidos nucleicos y variantes y fragmentos de los mismos, obtenidos de cepas de Bacillus thuringiensis que codifican polipéptidos con actividad pesticida contra plagas de insectos, incluyendo Lepidóptera. Realizaciones particulares de la presente proveen ácidos nucleicos aislados codificantes de proteínas pesticidas composiciones pesticidas, construcciones de ADN y microorganismos y plantas transformadas que comprenden un ácido nucleico de dichas realizaciones. Estas composiciones son de utilidad en métodos para controlar plagas en especial plagas en plantas. Reivindicación 1: Una molécula aislada de ácido nucleico caracterizada porque se selecciona del grupo formado por: (a) una molécula de ácido nucleico que comprende la secuencia de nucleótidos de la SEQ ID Nº 1, o un complemento de longitud completa de la misma; y (b) una molécula de ácido nucleico que codifica un polipéptido que comprende la secuencia de aminoácidos de la SEQ ID Nº 2.
