Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к нуклеиновым кислотам, их вариантам и фрагментам, полученным из штаммов Bacillus thuringiensis, кодирующим полипептиды, имеющие пестицидную активность в отношении насекомых-вредителей, в том числе Lepidoptera (чешуекрылые). Конкретные варианты осуществления данного изобретения обеспечивают изолированные нуклеиновые кислоты, кодирующие пестицидные белки, пестицидные композиции, ДНК-конструкции и трансформированные микроорганизмы и растения, содержащие нуклеиновую кислоту по вариантам осуществления изобретения.
