Abstract
processo para purificação de uma biomolécula alvo. a presente invenção diz respeito a um processo para a purificação de uma biomolécula alvo, que compreende as etapas: (a) contatar (i) uma biomolécula alvo, (ii) um poiipeptídeo de afinidade dupla e (iii) um suporte sóiido que compreende um ligando de captura em que a razão entre as constante de dissociação de equilíbrio do polipeptideo de afinidade dupla, [kdj/kds]3 é pelo menos 10°nas condições padrão; e (b) recuperar a biomolécula alvo pela eluição.
