Abstract

ENGENHARIA DE PROTEÍNAS ENZIMATICAMENTE SUSCETÍVEIS. A invenção refere-se um polipeptídeos fitase sintético o qual codifica uma fitase enzimaticamente suscetível. Também são proporcionados produtos de rações ou alimentos compreendendo uma fitase enzimaticamente suscetível, e plantas transgênicas as quais expressam a enzima fitase enzimaticamente suscetível. Também são proporcionados métodos para fabricar e usar fitases enzimaticamente suscetíveis, por exemplo, um método de usar uma fitase enzimaticamente suscetível em processamento de rações e alimentos.
