Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к полипептиду, имеющему активность пролин-специфичной эндопротеазы, где указанный полипептид имеет менее 70% остаточной активности, после выдержки полипептида при температуре 65°С в течение 15 мин. Кроме того, изобретение относится к полипептиду, имеющему активность пролин-специфичной эндопротеазы, включающему аминокислотную последовательность в соответствии с SEQ ID NO: 1, в котором последовательность SEQ ID NO: 1 содержит по меньшей мере одну комбинацию аминокислотных замен, выбранных из группы, состоящей из комбинации, выбранной из группы, состоящей из (K238Е, I204V, V460A), (F279S, A242V, N507I), (Т145А, K424М), (Т359А, F379S), (M170I, А421Т), (N441S, G484S), (L470H, Q288R), (L470H, E387G), (T281S, L373I), (Р304А, Р469А) и (Р466Т, P469Q), нуклеиновой кислоте, кодирующей полипептид, обладающий активностью пролин-специфичной эндопротеазы, способу получения вариантного полипептида, имеющего активность пролин-специфической эндопротеазы, рекомбинантной клетке-хозяину, и способу получения полипептида и к способу приготовления пищевого продукта или корма, в котором используется данный полипептид.
