Abstract
FILME MULTICAMADA TENDO CAMADAS DE BARREIRA DE OXIGÊNIO PASSIVA E ATIVA. A presente invenção refere-se a um filme multicamada tendo um núcleo de multicamada de barreira de oxigênio ativa compreendendo pelo menos um de 1) uma camada de barreira de oxigênio ativa é intercalada entre duas camadas de barreira de oxigênio passiva, ou 2) uma camada de barreira de oxigênio passiva é intercalada entre duas camadas de barreira de oxigênio ativa. Em uma concretização, a camada de barreira ativa compreende uma composição que é uma mistura de uma resina termoplástica (A) tendo ligações duplas carbono-carbono substancialmente em sua cadeia principal, um sal de metal de transição (B), e um polímero de barreira de oxigênio (C). Em algumas concretizações, a camada de barreira ativa pode também incluir um compatibilizador (D). As camadas de barreira de oxigênio passiva ajudam a manter as propriedades de barreira de oxigênio do filme multicamada após a capacidade de absorção de oxigênio da camada de barreira ativa ter sido exaurida. Como um resultado, a vida útil do filme pode ser prolongada.
