Abstract
"COMPOSIçãO NANOCOMPOSTA, ARTIGO E FILME RESPECTIVOS". São proporcionados uma composição nanocomposta tendo propriedades superiores de barreira e um artigo que compreende a mesma. A composição nanocomposta inclui: uma resina de poliolefina; um nanocomposto tendo propriedades de barreira e incluindo argila intercalada e uma ou mais resinas tendo propriedades de barreira; e um compatibilizante. A resina tendo propriedades de barreira compreende um copolímero de álcool de vinil-etileno, uma poliamida, um ionómero, um álcool polivinílico ou uma combinação compreendendo uma ou mais das resinas precedentes. A composição nanocomposta tem força mecânica superior e consegue formar uma barreira forte para oxigênio, solventes orgânicos e umidade. A composição nanocomposta também tem propriedades superiores de barreira química e pode ser usada na moldagem por sopro em camada(s) única/múltiplas e processamento de filmes.
