Abstract
complexos de ferro-derivado de carboidrato solúvel em água, produção dos momentos e medicamentos que contem os mesmos. a presente invenção refere-se a complexo de ferro-derívado de carboidrato solúvel em água, obtenível de uma solúvel em água, obtenível de uma solução de sal de ferro(ii) e uma solução aquosa do produto da oxidação e subsequente derivado de uma ou mais maltodextrinas, com uma solução de hipoclorito aquosa, a um valor de ph alcalino, sendo que no uso de uma, maltodextrina, o equivalente de dextrose da mesma situa-se em 5 a 20 e no uso de uma mistura de várias maltodextrinas, o equivalente de dextrose da mistura situa-se em 5 a 20 e o equivalente de dextrose de cada maltodextrina individual, que integra a mistura, situa-se em 2 a 40, e a subsequente derivação da-se com um reagente apropriado, processo para produção do mesmo e medicamento para tratamento e profilaxia de estados de deficiência de ferro.
