Abstract

sistema de implante dentário a invenção se refere a sistema de implante dentário, que compreende um implante e uma superestrutura (10; coroa, ponte, etc.). o implante é produzido numa peça única e se estende da região do osso à altura da papila gengival proximal. as seções enossais (1, 2) e a seção gengival (3) do implante são formadas de acordo com as informações do paciente determinadas pelo diagnóstico. em consequência, a seção enossal é unida com precisão à forma do rebordo da mandíbula e preenche completamente as deiscências ósseas resultantes, através da implantação. correspondentemente, a seção gengival (3) preenche a cavidade na gengiva. a superestrutura (10) está unida, em toda a sua superfície, à cabeça do implante transgengival (4), na qual ambos preenchem a cavidade remanescente da gengiva, e adicionalmente são fixados a um pino de munhão protético no implante. a estrutura da superfície adaptada do último permite a completa fusão de ambas as seções enossais e gengival. evita-se a formação de bolsas periodontais. graças ao seu desenho, nenhum micromovimento pode ocorrer no interior do sistema de implante. a distribuição ótima da força também fica garantida. a seção enossal do implante também pode ter uma forma rotacional assimétrica.
