Abstract

BANDA DE RODAGEM DE PNEUMáTICO COM RANHURAS E LáMINA DE MOLDE. A invenção fornece uma banda de rodagem pneumática, a banda de rodagem possuindo pelo menos um sulco principal de extensão circunferencial ou lateral, a profundidade radial máxima do pelo menos um sulco principal definindo uma profundidade de banda de rodagem anti-deslizante, o pelo menos um sulco principal formando parcialmente pelo menos um elemento de banda de rodagem, o pelo menos um elemento de banda de rodagem possuindo uma ranhura, onde a ranhura possui uma primeira parte e uma segunda parte com raio, e uma seção de transição localizada entre a primeira parte e a segunda parte, a seção de transição possuindo uma superfície curva com um raio externo que possui um centro externo a ranhura, onde a razão de r1/r2 varia de cerca de .1 mm a cerca de 16 mm. A invenção inclui adicionalmente uma lâmina para a moldagem de um pneumático, a lâmina compreendendo uma primeira parte e uma segunda parte circula possuindo um raio r2, e uma seção de transição curva localizada entre a primeira parte e a segunda parte, a seção de transição possuindo um raio externo r1 que possui um centro externo a ranhura, onde a razão de r1/r2 varia de cerca de .3 mm a cerca de 4 mm.
