Abstract

CONCENTRADO EMBALADO, PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAÇçO DE UM CONCENTRADO EMBALADO E USO DE UM CONCENTRADO. A presente invenção refere-se a concentrados embalados na forma de geléia para a preparação de um caldo de carne, sopa de carne, sopa, molho, molho de carne ou para a utilização como um tempero, cujo concentrado compreende de 20 a 80% de água, 0,5 a 60% de componentes que proporcionam sabor, de 15 a 40% de sal e um agente gelificante que compreenda xantana e a goma guar.
