Abstract

MANDRIL DE MÁQUINA DE DOBRAR TUBOS. É descrito um mandril de máquina de dobrar tubos que compreende um elemeto rígido (5), que pode ser inserido em um tubo (T) a ser dobrado que tem uma dimensão interna Di e que pode inclinar com ele em uma operação de dobramento com um raio médio pré-fixado Rm medido entre o centro de rotação (O) da matriz de dobramento e o eixo longitudinal (1) do tubo (T) a ser dobrado. O elemento rígido (5) tem um perfil lateral oroximnal em relação ao centro de rotação (O) compreendendo pelo menos uma parte intermediária câncava gerada por uma seção de circunferência (50) de raio Rci, e um perfil lateral distal com relação ao mesmo centro de rotação (O) compreendendo pelo menos duas partes de extremidade convexas divididas, geradas pelas respectivas seções de circunferências (51, 52) de raio Rce, onde Rci = Rm - (Di/2) + r, e Rce = Rm + (Di/2) - t, t sendo um termo que varia de acordo com a precisão das características dimensionais do tubo a ser dobrado e da curva a ser obtida.
