Abstract
"MéTODO PARA FABRICAR UM MACACO ou CILINDRO HIDRáULICO, PNEUMáTICO E/OU OLEOPNEUMáTICO E APARELHO PARA FABRICAR UM MACACO OU CILINDRO HIDRáULICO, PNEUMáTICO E/OU OLEOPNEUMáTICO". Onde a presente patente trata de um método para fabricar um macaco ou cilindro hidráulico, pneumático e/ou oleopneumático do tipo compreendendo um corpo cilíndrico tubular em suas extremidades, uma base e uma cabeça são fixadas, dentro dele um pistão desliza integralmente com uma haste, caracterizado pelo fato de que a fim de fixar de modo irremovível a cabeça e a base ao corpo tubular do macaco sem procedimentos de rosqueamento e/ou soldagem, proporciona implementar na extremidade do corpo tubular uma deformação plástica controlada estendida à espessura inteira do próprio corpo tubular, apta a deformar localmente suas extremidades gerando em cada uma delas, pelo menos, um anel em forma de circunferência projetando-se radialmente para dentro, de modo a inserir-se em, pelo menos, uma ranhura específica arranjada na base e na cabeça inserida no próprio tubo, respectivamente, de modo a fechá-los no local. A mencionada deformação plástica garante a vedação mecânica da junta entre o tubo e a base e entre o tubo e a cabeça.
