Abstract
Description
1.底部1に提供された対応環状溝6内にガスケットGを配置する;
2.ジャッキの管体4の第1端の所定位置に底部1を挿入する;
3.管体4の第1端に複ローラ形状ヘッド(TM)を配置する;
4.管体4の外側筒面に形状化ローラR1を接近させ、同時的にローリングによって塑性変形を発生させる;
5.形状化ローラR1をシリンダから取り去る;
6.ロッド3と一体的に提供されたピストン2に提供された対応環状溝6内にガスケットGを配置する;
7.頭部5の内外筒面に提供された対応環状溝6内にガスケットGを配置する;
8.ジャッキの管体4の第2端での所定位置に、ロッド3が挿入されている頭部5と同様に管体4内にピストン2を挿入する;
9.第2端に関してステップ3と6を繰り返す。
Claims (11)
- 円筒状管体(4)と、その両端にそれぞれ固定された底部(1)と頭部(5)と、内部のピストン(2)と、該ピストン(2)と一体的になったロッド(3)とを含んで構成されるジャッキや水/油圧、空気圧及び/又はオレオ式空気圧シリンダの製造方法であって、
頭部(5)と底部(1)をジャッキの管体(4)に螺合又は溶接を利用せずに固定させるため、管体(4)の両端に制御下で塑性変形を発生させて局部的に変形させ、底部(1)と頭部(5)のそれぞれに提供される少なくとも1本の特殊溝(7)に挿入されるように底部(1)と頭部(5)のそれぞれに内側放射突起する少なくとも1本のリングを発生させてそれらをロック状態とするものであり、前記塑性変形は管体(4)と底部(1)との間、並びに管体(4)と頭部(5)との間のメカニカルシールを確実に提供し、該塑性変形は管体(4)と、管体(4)に挿入された頭部(5)を回転させるローリング手段によって提供されることを特徴とする方法。 - 塑性変形はメカニカルローリングにより提供されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 底部(1)、頭部(5)、ピストン(2)及びロッド(3)のシール状態を確実にするため、底部(1)の外面とピストン(2)の外面、並びに頭部(5)の外面に提供された特殊溝(6)にガスケット(G)を設置することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 管体(4)の塑性変形は、外側環状溝と、管体(4)の軸方法に放射状に突起する対応内側リングとを発生させることで管体の全厚が関与し、該リングは底部(1)と頭部(5)の両方に提供された対応管状溝(7)に挿入されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 組立てられたジャッキを少なくとも1体の複ローラ形状ヘッド(TM)に作用させることでメカニカルローリングを提供し、該複ローラ形状ヘッドはジャッキの閉鎖工程を実行する形状化ローラ(R1)を含んでおり、塑性変形は低温でも高温でも可能であり、形状化ローラ(R1)の圧力と回転速度は限定されないことを特徴とする請求項2記載の方法。
- 形状化ローラ(R1)は管体(4)に対して放射状に対称的に移動し、同時的同一回転移動し、底部(1)と頭部(5)と共に自由に自転する管体(4)と接触すると、複ローラ形状ヘッドは形状化ローラの圧力によって管体を局部的に塑性変形させることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- A:底部(1)に提供された対応環状溝(6)内にガスケット(G)を配置する;
B:ジャッキの管体(4)の第1端の所定位置に底部(1)を挿入する;
C:管体(4)の第1端に複ローラ形状ヘッド(TM)を配置する;
D:管体(4)の外側筒面に形状化ローラ(R1)を接近させ、同時的にローリングによって塑性変形を発生させる;
E:形状化ローラ(R1)を管体(4)から取り去る;
F:ロッド(3)と一体的に提供されたピストン(2)に提供された対応環状溝(6)内にガスケット(G)を配置する;
G:頭部(5)の内外筒面に提供された対応環状溝(6)内にガスケット(G)を配置する;
H:ジャッキの管体(4)の第2端での所定位置に、ロッド(3)が挿入されている頭部(5)と同様に管体(4)内にピストン2を挿入する;
I:管体(4)の第2端に複ローラ形状ヘッド(TM)を配置する;
J:管体(4)の外側筒面に形状化ローラ(R1)を接近させ、同時的にローリングによって塑性変形を発生させる;
K:形状化ローラ(R1)を管体(4)から取り去る、
ステップを含んで構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 2体の複ローラ形状ヘッドが利用される場合、ステップA、B、FからHが実行され、残りのCからE、IからKは同時的に実行されることを特徴とする請求項7記載の方法。
- 請求項1から8のいずれかの方法に従ったジャッキや水/油圧、空気圧及び/又はオレオ式空気圧シリンダの製造装置であって、少なくとも2体の回転する形状化ローラ(R1)を含んだ複ローラ式ヘッドを含み、管体(4)の表面に同時的及び対称的に接近し、自由回転する管体(4)を回転させることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1から8のいずれかの方法に従ったジャッキや水/油圧、空気圧及び/又はオレオ式空気圧シリンダの製造装置であって、同時的及び対称的に管体(4)の表面に接近する1体の形状化ローラ(R1)と、塑性変形により発生するストレスに対抗する1体以上のスラストローラとを含んでおり、前記形状化ローラ(R1)は自由回転する管体(4)を回転させることを特徴とする装置。
- 装置を自己センタリングさせるように120°間隔で設置された3体の回転する形状化ローラ(R1)を含んでおり、非対称性及び/又はクラックを発生させる変形や応力を最低化させることで負荷やストレスを均等化及び対称化させることを特徴とする請求項9記載の装置。
