Abstract
Tubo estruturado de trocador de calor e processo para sua produção. A presente invenção refere-se a um Tuba de trocador de calor (1) com pelo menos uma região estruturada no lado interno do tuba possuindo as seguintes características: a) No lado interno do tubo existem aletas interna integradas com a altura H que vão paralelamente ao eixo ou em forma de espiral continuamente sobre a circunferência, sob um ângulo de inclinação <225>1, medido contra o eixo do tubo, sob a formação de ranhuras primarias. b) As aletas internas cruzam em toda a circunferência do tubo com ranhuras secundárias distanciadas uma da outra, que são paralelas entre si, e que sob um ângulo de inclinação <225>2, medido contra o eixo do tubo, possuem uma profundidade de entalhe T2 e um ângulo de abertura de ranhura <244>2. c) As aletas internas e as ranhuras secundárias cruzam em toda a circunferência do tubo com ranhuras terciárias distanciadas entre si que paralelamente entre si, sob um ângulo de inclinação <225>3, medido contra o eixo do tubo, se estendem continuamente sobre a circunferência e que possuem uma profundidade de entalhe T3 e um ângulo de abertura de ranhura <244>3. Um outro objeto da presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a produção destes tubos de trocadores de calor com aletas externas e aletas internas integradas que se estendem no lado externo do tubo em forma helicoidal e no lado interno do tubo, paralelamente ao eixo ou em forma de espiral, integradas, que são cruzadas e entalhadas por ranhuras secundárias e ranhuras terciárias.
