现有的钢丝制造过程中采用传统压力模拉拔，模具使用寿命短，拉拔能耗高，限制了产能以及拉丝质量的提升，现有压力模虽可改善钢丝拉拔时的润滑效果但其结构复杂，长期使用后其定位套与拉丝模具由于压力原因导致拆卸极不方便，换模费时且劳动强度大影响生产效率。因此本实用新型提供一种拉丝模芯套，包括模芯外套、模芯定位套；模芯定位套为中空的圆柱结构，圆柱上半部内侧有一用于将模芯套入的凹槽，拉丝模外套为中空圆柱结构，圆柱下半部内侧开有将模芯定位套套入的凹槽；模芯外套上部分内径与模芯定位套下半部内径相同，解决了现有模具的问题。

背景技术
现有的钢丝制造过程中采用传统压力模拉拔，模具使用寿命短，拉拔能耗高，限制了产能以及拉丝质量的提升，现有压力模虽可改善钢丝拉拔时的润滑效果但其结构复杂，长期使用后其定位套与拉丝模具由于压力原因导致拆卸极不方便，换模费时且劳动强度大影响生产效率。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种方便拆卸，且不影响模具稳定性的一种拉丝模芯套。
本实用新型方案如下：
一种拉丝模芯套，包括模芯外套、模芯定位套；模芯定位套为中空的圆柱结构，圆柱上半部内侧有一用于将模芯套入的凹槽，拉丝模外套为中空圆柱结构，圆柱下半部内侧开有将模芯定位套套入的凹槽；模芯外套上部分内径与模芯定位套下半部内径相同。
进一步的，所述模芯外套与所述模芯定位套相互套合使拉丝模芯固定贴合与模芯外套与模芯定位套之间。
本实用新型的有益效果：
通过拉丝模芯套与模芯定位套相互配合固定拉丝模芯，既不影响拉丝模芯的稳定性又能够使拉丝模芯容易拆卸，提升了工作效率。

如图1所示，拉丝模芯套，包括模芯外套1、模芯定位套2；模芯定位套1为中空的圆柱结构，圆柱上半部内侧有一用于将模芯3套入的凹槽，拉丝模外套1为中空圆柱结构，圆柱下半部内侧开有将模芯定位套2套入的凹槽；模芯外套1上部分内径与模芯定位套2下半部内径相同。
通过这种分体式的结构，在工作过程中即使长时间受到压力，拉丝模具仍然容易拆卸，而且通过模芯外套1与模芯定位套2相互配合固定住模芯3使得模芯3的稳定性得到保障。

1.一种拉丝模芯套，其特征在于：包括模芯外套、模芯定位套；模芯定位套为中空的圆柱结构，圆柱上半部内侧有一用于将模芯套入的凹槽，拉丝模外套为中空圆柱结构，圆柱下半部内侧开有将模芯定位套套入的凹槽；模芯外套上部分内径与模芯定位套下半部内径相同。
2.如权利要求1中所述一种拉丝模芯套，其特征在于：所述模芯外套与所述模芯定位套相互套合，使拉丝模芯固定贴合于模芯外套与模芯定位套之间。
