Claims (2)
- 内側に液圧を作用させてある素材管の中途を曲げ型の外周とクランプ型との間に外側から挾持し、この挾持部を前記曲げ型の中心軸回りに回転させて、前記素材管を、前記液圧の作用下にて前記曲げ型の外周に沿わせて曲げ成形するパイプベンダーにおいて、
前記素材管の内部にギャップを有して挿入され、曲げ成形部を挾んで位置決めされる第1,第2の封止部材と、
玉継手により適宜の方向への傾倒可能に相互に連結されており、前記第1,第2の封止部材を曲げ成形に伴って変位可能に同軸上に連結する複数の連結部材と、
前記第1,第2の封止部材の外周に夫々巻装されたシールリングと、
前記複数の連結部材夫々の軸心部を貫通する導圧孔を含み、前記シールリングを拡径させて前記素材管の内面に押し付けるべく、前記シールリングの内側に前記液圧を導く導圧手段と
を備えることを特徴とするパイプベンダー。 - 前記複数の連結部材の夫々は、前記素材管の内周面にギャップを有して対向する支持円板を備える請求項1記載のパイプベンダー。
