Abstract
DISPOSIçãO DE TRANSMISSãO. é descrita uma disposição de transmissão (10). A disposição de transmissão (10) abrange uma carcaça de transmissão (16), um primeiro eixo (20) montado na carcaça de transmissão (16), um espaço vazio (88) configurado no primeiro eixo (20) excentricamente com relação ao eixo geométrico de rotação (18), no qual um segundo eixo (106) é montado giratório, que apresenta uma região de engrenagem (124) e uma região de extremidade de eixo (113) que se projeta para fora axialmente a partir do espaço vazio (88), e um terceiro eixo (26) montado na carcaça de transmissão (16), cujo eixo geométrico de rotação (38) encerra um angulo com um plano que se situa sobre o eixo geométrico de rotação (18) do primeiro eixo (20). Para evitar ou reduzir fugas de lubrificante e, desta maneira, prolongar intervalos de manutenção, para simplificar a dificuldade de montagem e evitar a entrada de sujeiras na carcaça de transmissão, é proposto prover uma chapa (112) fixada a prova de rotação no primeiro eixo (20) para a fixação axial do segundo eixo (106), sendo que na chapa (112) é configurada uma abertura (174) para a região de extremidade de eixo (113). E também proposto prover aberturas (30, 36) da carcaça de transmissão (16) bem como a abertura (174) da chapa (112) com meios de vedação (47, 57, 178), de modo que uma saída de um lubrificante que se encontra na carcaça de transmissão (16) é evitada.
