Abstract

INSTRUMENTO DE CORTE DO TIPO INSERTO E INSERTO, MéTODO DE FIXAçãO DO INSERTO AO CORPO PRINCIPAL DO INSERTO. A presente invenção refere-se a um instrumento de corte tipo inserto inclui: um inserto formado como uma placa poligonal plana, e que possui uma superfície superior formada como uma superfície rake e uma superfície inferior um como principal do instrumento que possuí uma parte com recesso formada em uma superfície lateral externa de uma parte dianteira do corpo principal do instrumento; e um assento de inserto formado em uma superfície de parede da parte com recesso voltada para uma direção de rotação normal do corpo principal do instrumento, e ao qual o inserto é fixa do de modo que a superfície superior do inserto esteja voltada para a direção de rotação normal do como principal do instrumento. Um primeiro furo vazado e um segundo furo vazado são formados no inserto. Um primeiro furo de parafuso e um segundo furo de parafuso são formados no assento de inserto do corpo principal do instrumento de modo que o primeiro furo de parafuso se separe do segundo furo de parafuso em uma direção axial do como principal do instrumento. O inserto é montado no assento do inserto de modo que o centro do primeiro furo de parafuso seja localizado mais perto do eixo geométrico do que o centro do primeiro furo vazado e está localizado mais perto de uma extremidade base do como principal do instrumento do que o centro do primeiro furo vazado, e o centro do segundo furo de parafuso é localizado mais perto do eixo geométrico do que um centro do segundo furo vazado e é localizado mais perto da extremidade de base do corpo principal do instrumento do que o centro do segundo furo vazado. Um grau <sym>1 de um primeiro ângulo de inclinação formado pela interseção de uma linha reta passando através do centro do primeiro furo de parafuso e o centro do primeiro furo vazado com o eixo geométrico é igual a ou inferior a um grau <sym>2 de um segundo ângulo de inclinação formado pela interseção de uma linha reta que passa através do centro do segundo furo de parafuso e o centro do segundo furo vazado com o eixo geométrico.
