Abstract
FURADOR, BUJÃO E MÉTODO DE FABRICAÇÃO DE CANO OU TUBO SEM COSTURA. A presente invenção refere-se a um bujão 2 usado para um furador de acordo com a invenção que inclui uma porção de extremidade de ponta 23, uma porção cilíndrica 24, uma porção de cilindro 25, uma porção de acoplamento de mandril 22 e um lubrificante fornecido externamente é injetado do furo. Uma folga se forma entre e o material furado e a porção cilíndrica 24. O furo de injeção 21 é formado na porção cilíndrica 24 e, portanto, o material no processo de perfuração não contata o furo de injeção 21. Portanto, um defeito de superfície interna atribuível ao contato entre o material e o furo de injeção 21 pode ser impedido de ser gerado.
