Abstract
"MéTODOS PARA VEDAR UMA SUPERFìCIE INTERNA DE UM FURO DE POçO, PARA TAMPONAR UM FURO DE POçO OU UMA TUBULAçãO INTERNA E PARA VEDAR UMA ZONA PARTICULAR EM UM FURO DE POçO OU UMA TUBULAçãO INTERNA, E, MEMBRO PARA FORMAR UM TAMPãO EM UM FURO DE POçO". Um método para vedar uma superfície interna de um furo de poço, o mencionado método compreendendo as etapas de: prover um membro tendo uma forma pré-selecionada com uma dimensão diametral e uma dimensão axial, o mencionado membro sendo construído de um material no qual energia armazenada pode ser conferida e subseqüentemente recuperada pelo menos em parte; sujeitar o mencionado membro a forças que causam uma redução na mencionada dimensão diametral e um aumento na mencionada dimensão axial enquanto confere a energia armazenada no mencionado membro; baixar o mencionado membro no furo de poço na mencionada localização desejada e submeter o mencionado membro às condições no furo de poço na mencionada localização desejada para causar pelo menos uma liberação parcial da mencionada energia armazenada e permitir que o mencionado membro se expanda para encaixar de modo vedado a superfície interna do furo de poço na localização desejada.
