Abstract
processo para a preparação e isolamento de fosfatídeos, suas composições farmacêuticas e respectivos usos. a presente invenção refere-se ao processo para a preparação de fosfatidilserina de fórmula ch2or1 chor2 ch2o-p(=o)-och2-ch(nh2)- cooh x em que r1 e r2 independentemente uma acila c10-c30 saturada, monoinsaturada ou poliinsaturada, x = oh ou om onde m = metal alcalino ou alcalino terroso, amônio, alquliamônio (incluindo o sal interno) incluindo a reação de transfosfatidilação entre fosfatidilcolina da fórmula geral ch2or1 chor2 ch2o-p(=o)-0r3 x em que r1 e r2 e x possuem os significados especificados acima, r3 = ch2-ch2- nh2 ou ch2-ch2-n+(ch3)3 e serina na forma d, l ou racêmica catalisada pela enzima fosfolipase d (pld), caracterizado pelo fato de que dita reação é realizada em um meio hidroalcoólico contendo um álcool alifático e na presença de óxido de metal bivalente.
