Abstract
PROCESSO PARA PRODUçãO DE FLOCOS METáLICOS FINOS DE PARTìCULAS FINAS REALçADAS QUE TêM BRILHO E INTENSIDADE DE COR, PROCESSO DE FORMAçãO DE UM PRIMEIRO REVESTIMENTO QUE CONTéM FLOCOS REALçADOS, FLOCOS METáLICOS REFLETORES, LAMINADO DE MúLTIPLAS CAMADAS E REVESTIMENTO RESINOSO. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para preparação de um material fino em partículas finas realçadas tendo altos níveis de brilho e de intensidade de cor. O processo compreende a conformação de um revestimento livre em uma película transportadora polimérica flexível, realçar o revestimento livre com um padrão de rede de dif ração que é "monoruled" de um ângulo acima de 45°, metalizando a vácuo a superfície livre realçada com um metal altamente refletor tal como alumínio, e solubilizando o revestimento livre metalizado em um solvente para remover o metal do transportador para formar flocos metálicos realçados que reproduzem o padrão de realce. Os flocos são recobertos com a solução contendo o solvente e o polímero de revestimento livre enquanto evita o alto cisalhamento, o dimensionamento de partícula ou outras aplicações de energia que quebrariam excessivamente os flocos, de forma que o tamanho de partícula D50 dos flocos seja mantido em, ou acima de, 75 mícrons. Os flocos têm aplicação para revestimentos e tintas de impressão que produzem um brilho extremamente alto caracterizado como um brilho ou um efeito de faiscação oticamente aparente em combinação com alta intensidade de cor ou cromaticidade.
