Abstract
1. Лакокрасочное покрытие, которое имеет превосходные теплоизлучающие свойства, которое содержит первый слой лакокрасочного покрытия, содержащий сажу от 1 до 20 мас.% относительно общей твердой фракции лакокрасочного покрытия, верхний слой лакокрасочного покрытия, содержащий перламутровый пигмент, не содержащий алюминиевый порошок, от 1 до 40 мас.% относительно общей твердой фракции лакокрасочного покрытия, где толщина верхнего слоя лакокрасочного покрытия от 11 до 50 мкм. ! 2. Лакокрасочное покрытие, которое имеет превосходные теплоизлучающие свойства по п.1, отличающееся тем, что в качестве перламутрового пигмента используют пигмент, в котором тонкий пластинчатый порошок слюды был нанесен на диоксид титана. ! 3. Лакокрасочное покрытие, которое имеет превосходные теплоизлучающие свойства по пп.1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что верхний слой лакокрасочного покрытия не содержит металлический пигмент и металлический порошок. ! 4. Окрашенный металлический лист с лакокрасочным покрытием, которое заявлено в любом из пп.1-3 и сформировано на поверхности металлического листа. ! 5. Способ формирования лакокрасочного покрытия, которое имеет превосходные теплоизлучающие свойства, где первый слой краски содержит сажу от 1 до 20 мас.% относительно общей твердой фракции лакокрасочного покрытия, который наносят и закаливают, и верхний слой лакокрасочного покрытия, который содержит перламутровый пигмент, не содержащий алюминиевый порошок, от 1 до 40 мас.% относительно общей твердой фракции лакокрасочного покрытия, который наносят поверх сказанного первого слоя и закаливают, а толщину верхнего слоя лакокрасочного покрытия формируют
Claims (5)
1. Лакокрасочное покрытие, которое имеет превосходные теплоизлучающие свойства, которое содержит первый слой лакокрасочного покрытия, содержащий сажу от 1 до 20 мас.% относительно общей твердой фракции лакокрасочного покрытия, верхний слой лакокрасочного покрытия, содержащий перламутровый пигмент, не содержащий алюминиевый порошок, от 1 до 40 мас.% относительно общей твердой фракции лакокрасочного покрытия, где толщина верхнего слоя лакокрасочного покрытия от 11 до 50 мкм.
2. Лакокрасочное покрытие, которое имеет превосходные теплоизлучающие свойства по п.1, отличающееся тем, что в качестве перламутрового пигмента используют пигмент, в котором тонкий пластинчатый порошок слюды был нанесен на диоксид титана.
3. Лакокрасочное покрытие, которое имеет превосходные теплоизлучающие свойства по пп.1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что верхний слой лакокрасочного покрытия не содержит металлический пигмент и металлический порошок.
4. Окрашенный металлический лист с лакокрасочным покрытием, которое заявлено в любом из пп.1-3 и сформировано на поверхности металлического листа.
5. Способ формирования лакокрасочного покрытия, которое имеет превосходные теплоизлучающие свойства, где первый слой краски содержит сажу от 1 до 20 мас.% относительно общей твердой фракции лакокрасочного покрытия, который наносят и закаливают, и верхний слой лакокрасочного покрытия, который содержит перламутровый пигмент, не содержащий алюминиевый порошок, от 1 до 40 мас.% относительно общей твердой фракции лакокрасочного покрытия, который наносят поверх сказанного первого слоя и закаливают, а толщину верхнего слоя лакокрасочного покрытия формируют от 11 до 50 мкм.
