Abstract
PLACA DE MATRIZ COM CENTRO AQUECIDO PARA PELETIZADOR SUBAQUáTICO. A presente invenção refere-se a uma placa de matriz com centro aquecido (10) para um peletizador subaquático que irradia calor para fora para os orifícios de extrusão (20) e as faces de matriz da placa de matriz, deste modo, mantém a placa de matriz (10) e os orifícios de extrusão (20) a uma temperatura elevada para obter fluxo átimo de polímero fundido através dos orifícios de extrusão. Em uma modalidade, uma placa de aquecimento localizada centralmente (26) é montada em um recesso (24) na face a montante (18) da placa de matriz (10) interiormente ao cone de nariz (16). Em uma segunda modalidade, uma bobina de aquecimento cilíndrica (70) é colocada em um furo central oco (62) da placa de matriz (60) entre o cone de nariz (74) no lado a montante (64) e um tampão isolante ou placa (82) no lado a jusante (66). Os fios de aquecimento (34, 76) se estendem através de um unido orifício radial (36, 78) na placa de matriz (10, 60) para fornecer energia ao elemento de aquecimento central (26, 70).
