Abstract

Перфорированная плита (10) с обогревом от центра для подводного гранулятора, в которой тепло излучается от центра наружу к экструзионным отверстиям (20) и поверхностям перфорированной плиты, тем самым поддерживая повышенную температуру перфорированной плиты (10) и экструзионных отверстий (20) , чтобы получить оптимальное протекание расплавленного полимера через экструзионные отверстия. В одном варианте осуществления расположенная в центре нагревательная пластина (26) установлена в выемке (24) стороны (18) впуска перфорированной плиты (10) внутри носового конуса (16). Во втором варианте осуществления цилиндрический нагревательный змеевик (70) расположен в полой сердцевине (62) перфорированной плиты (60) между носовым конусом (74) на стороне (64) впуска и изоляционной заглушкой или плитой (82) на стороне (66) выпуска. Нагревательные выводы (34, 76) проходят через одно радиальное отверстие (36, 78) в перфорированной плите (10, 60) для подачи питания к центральному нагревательному элементу (26, 70).
