Abstract
ELEMENTO DE GUIA. A presente invenção se refere a um elemento de guia em forma de anel (1) utilizada para montar um eixo (2) com atrito e com uma articulação e/ou capacidade de deslizamento, em que o referido elemento destina-se a ser montado no diâmetro interno em um suporte. A invenção é caracterizada pelo fato de que o anel e/ou o eixo está sujeito a uma superfície de tratamento de enrijecimento, pelo menos na superfície de atrito do mesmo, por meio de difusão ou transformação estrutural, seguido de um tratamento de acabamento e um tratamento criado para reduzir a tendência à aderência e o coeficiente de atrito; sendo que a superfície de atrito do anel (1) formada pelo diâmetro interno (la) do mesmo, compreende meios que podem ser utilizados para armazenar graxa; e a periferia externa do anel é solidamente conectada a um elemento deformável e flexível (3) que pode ser encaixado no diâmetro interno no suporte.
