Abstract

PREPARAçãO E APLICAçãO DE MONOGLICERìDEOS. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a preparação de monoglicerídeos, no qual são reagidos triglicerídeos, de maneira enzimática, em presença de álcoois com um número de átomos de carbono de 1 - 8 átomos de carbono, com uma esterase, a qual é ativada por adição de sais alcalinos. Além disso, sugere-se utilizar os monoglicerideos preparados por esse processo, separadamente ou como mistura com os componentes de reação, como aditivo lubrificante, como aditivo para combustíveis ou como constituinte emulsificante em produtos alimentícios, formulações cosméticas e/ou farmacêuticas.
