Abstract

FITA DE MICA, ENROLAMENTO DE MáQUINA ELéTRICA ROTATIVA, E MáQUINA ELéTRICA ROTATIVA COMPREENDENDO O ENROLAMENTO DE MáQUINA ELéTRICA ROTATIVA. A presente invenção provê uma fita de mica, compreendendo uma folha de mica (12), um tecido de vidro (14), e um enchimento inorgânico (16) disposto sobre o tecido de vidro, em que a fita de mica é enrolada uma pluralidade de vezes em torno da superfície circunferencial externa de uma parte de condutor de um enrolamento de máquina elétrica rotativa de forma a formar uma camada isolante para o enrolamento, e o enchimento inorgânico (16) tem uma dureza Mohs caindo na faixa de 1 a 7 e exibe uma condutividade de calor superior àquela exibida pela folha de mica (12) e o tecido de vidro (14). De acordo com a presente invenção, o enchimento inorgânico é excelente na condutividade de calor e tem uma dureza Mohs não inferior à daquela do tecido de vidro contido na fita de mica, quando usada em conjunto com o enchimento inorgânico, por meio do que, mesmo se a fita de mica é enrolada em tomo da parte de condutor enquanto aplicando uma tensão prescrita à fita de mica, a fita de mica não é rompida, e é possível formar uma camada isolante capaz de exibir a condutividade de calor mais alta pertencente ao enchimento inorgânico.
