Abstract
Dispositivo terapêutico por ultra-som focalizado de alta intensidade e método. O dispositivo para terapia por ultra-som focalizado de alta intensidade da presente invenção compreende um transdutor de ultra-som para emitir um ultra-som focalizado de alta intensidade para uma área alvo a ser tratada, um dispositivo de captura de imagem para localizar a área alvo a ser tratada e para capturar as imagens da área alvo, uma unidade de comando ligada ao dito transdutor de ultra-som para comandar o dito transdutor de ultra-som de modo a emitir ondas em ultra-som para a área alvo a ser tratada e comandar mecanicamente os meios ligados ao dito transdutor de ultra-som de modo a comandar mecanicamente em conjunto o transdutor de ultra- som e o dispositivo de captura de imagem, de tal forma a realizar uma varredura na área alvo a ser tratada; sendo que o dito dispositivo para terapia por ultra-som focalizado de alta intensidade ainda compreende uma unidade de processamento ligada a um dispositivo de captura de imagens para receber e para salvar as imagens originais da área alvo capturadas pelo dispositivo de captura de imagens antes do tratamento e para receber e salvar as imagens da área alvo capturadas pelo dispositivo de captura de imagens em um certo momento durante o tratamento por ultra-som focalizado de alta intensidade (HIFU) e para avaliar os efeitos terapêuticos de acordo com as imagens da área alvo antes e depois do tratamento, bem como uma unidade de controle respectivamente ligada a unidade de processamento de sinal, a uma unidade de comando e aos meios mecânicos de comando. Quando a unidade de processamento de sinal julga que os requisitos terapêuticos foram cumpridos, a unidade de controle controla a unidade de comando e os meios mecânicos de comando para parar o trabalho do transdutor de ultra-som, e quando a unidade de processamento de sinal julga que os requisitos terapêuticos ainda não foram cumpridos, a unidade de controle controla a unidade de comando e os meios mecânicos de comando de modo a que o transdutor de ultra continue a trabalhar.
