Claims (5)
- 被写体に注入された蛍光色素を励起させるための励起光を前記被写体に向けて照射する励起用光源と、
前記被写体に向けて可視光を照射する可視光源と、
前記可視光源から照射され、前記被写体の表面で反射した可視光を絞る絞り機構と、
励起光が照射されることにより前記蛍光色素から発生した蛍光と、前記被写体の表面で反射した可視光とを撮影するための、蛍光と可視光とを検出可能なカメラと、
を備えたイメージング装置において、
前記蛍光に相当する波長の光を照射するための第3の光源と、
前記第3の光源より照射された光を利用して前記カメラの焦点合わせを実行する焦点合わせ機構と、
を備えたことを特徴とするイメージング装置。 - 請求項1に記載のイメージング装置において、
前記第3の光源は、前記蛍光に相当する波長の光を照射して照射領域の画像を前記カメラで撮影することにより前記カメラが正常に動作しているか否かを確認するための確認用光源であるイメージング装置。 - 請求項2に記載のイメージング装置において、
前記絞り機構は、前記蛍光と前記可視光のうち、可視光のみを絞る絞り機構であるイメージング装置。 - 請求項2に記載のイメージング装置において、
前記カメラは、蛍光を検出する蛍光用センサと、可視光を検出する可視光用センサと、前記カメラに同軸状に入射する蛍光および可視光を、前記蛍光用センサおよび前記可視光用センサに選択して入射させる光分離部材と、
を備えるイメージング装置。 - 請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載のイメージング装置において、
前記励起光および前記蛍光は、近赤外光であるイメージング装置。
